My experience with Gerber was great. After my accident I dropped my car off on Tuesday and had it back by Thursday. Lamont was great as he communicated clearly the entire time and was true to his every word. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone I know now.

Kelley T. & Don I. were both very pleasant professional and very knowledgeable. No matter who answered the phone when I called they were both able to answer my question. They set up the delivery and the return of my rental car. I would absolutely refer this Gerber Collision & Glass location to my family and friends.

I had a very good experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Germantown, they where very professional, polite and very on time with my car service, the front desk staffs/customer service Reps. and the entire team in the shop were all professional and friendly, but most of all Harry J. is a very nice man, who assured me when i arrived at their shop that they will take care of my car/collision and not to worry. When i picked up my car, it was fixed as if the accident did not happened, they are very good and I would recommend them to anyone that will need their kind of service, because they are the best, so what can I say; thank you so much Harry and staffs at Gerber collision & glass.

Amy Goes over and above , unfortunately this has not been my first visit!! We definitely didn't have to think where we wanted to take my SUV!! They were in touch every step of the way! The office staff was fantastic as well ! I am soo picky!!! Having our vehicle into the Gambrillls shop on other occasions I give them 10 stars every time ! (I know only 5 are given) Suv was done when Amy said it would be !! You are lucky to have an Employee that cares so much !

My car was fixed at Gerber Collision and Glass at Catonsville and I worked with Kelly T. and Donald I. through this process. Kelly and Don are the best, they made the whole experience seamless, making sure I have the rental pick up, working closely with AllState taking care of all the paper work and logistics, providing me with updates every 2 days, always greeting with a smiley face (Especially Kelly), I'm so glad I took my Car to them and I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass at Catonsville to my friends and relatives.

The work was completed as agreed, but my admiration for them goes far beyond the actual work they completed. Matt was my point of contact through the experience and he is as professinal as the day is long. Lamont was the guy working behind the counter and he is the straw that stirs the drink there! I have been in customer service for over 40 years and the people who work at the location get it and then some. Would I refer other people to this location, yes! They have my respect and admiration always.

Courtney and Jessie were on point every step of the way giving me updates on my vehicle status. The customer service was amazing, and my vehicle looks phenomenal upon receiving it, and drives like new!! Will definitely be recommending this location in the future.

I am so happy to have gone to Gerber Collision and Glass! They are exceptionally wonderful crew of workers. I was greeted by friendly smiling faces and best of all Harry the manager was VERY HONEST!!! He saw the danger of me driving my vehicle after I got estimate from Geico I went looking for a auto body shop to get car fixed. After 2 bad experiences with Sheehy Ford's auto body shop's manager Kevin I refused to take this car them to work on. ALL other auto body shop tolde a week before they would take my car, Harry said because he sees the damage to the rear driver wheel he took the car and couldn't guarantee that he was going to be able to start immediately and I was fine with that! I'm so pleased with their constant contact with me

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you Courtney and Harry. The office was very clean, as was my car when I got it back. Between the time I took the car in for an estimate and the repair, I broke the windshield. I was able to get that replaced the same day as the collision repair. So easy and convenient! I would definitely recommend Gerber to someone. Thanks again!
