The work was completed as agreed, but my admiration for them goes far beyond the actual work they completed. Matt was my point of contact through the experience and he is as professinal as the day is long. Lamont was the guy working behind the counter and he is the straw that stirs the drink there! I have been in customer service for over 40 years and the people who work at the location get it and then some. Would I refer other people to this location, yes! They have my respect and admiration always.

Courtney and Jessie were on point every step of the way giving me updates on my vehicle status. The customer service was amazing, and my vehicle looks phenomenal upon receiving it, and drives like new!! Will definitely be recommending this location in the future.

I am so happy to have gone to Gerber Collision and Glass! They are exceptionally wonderful crew of workers. I was greeted by friendly smiling faces and best of all Harry the manager was VERY HONEST!!! He saw the danger of me driving my vehicle after I got estimate from Geico I went looking for a auto body shop to get car fixed. After 2 bad experiences with Sheehy Ford's auto body shop's manager Kevin I refused to take this car them to work on. ALL other auto body shop tolde a week before they would take my car, Harry said because he sees the damage to the rear driver wheel he took the car and couldn't guarantee that he was going to be able to start immediately and I was fine with that! I'm so pleased with their constant contact with me

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you Courtney and Harry. The office was very clean, as was my car when I got it back. Between the time I took the car in for an estimate and the repair, I broke the windshield. I was able to get that replaced the same day as the collision repair. So easy and convenient! I would definitely recommend Gerber to someone. Thanks again!

I'm not one who normally writes reviews right after receiving an item or service. I prefer to wait and evaluate. And, I normally do not write reviews but in this case a review is deserved. Kelley was very knowledgeable and informative through the repair process. My car was struck on a Friday afternoon she had my vehicle in for repairs by the next Tuesday. She arranged for the rental. She explained every step of the process. At no point did I feel uninformed. No fast talk, no withholding. She made the entire process run smooth as glass. Don inspected the damage. He listened to all my observations and investigated some of my concerns on the spot. He explained his initial findings and how the repair process would progress. Like Kelley, he listened, asked followup questions and talked to me like a person. He had the parts ordered before I ... left the office. The parts arrived a few days later (very fast!) I requested to be contacted concerning the progress of the repairs twice a week. Like clockwork, the calls were made and kept me informed. My car was back to new condition within a week. The color match is perfect. Don walked with me as I inspected the repair work, which was perfect. At that point, Kelley got me squared away with the remaining administrative work to include special instructions for caring for the paint work during the curing period. Like I said, I wait and evaluate before I provide feedback. Three weeks later, the repairs and paint work are still in perfect condition. The repairs have survived my daily commute between Baltimore and D.C., several rain storms and the onslaught of birds. I followed the cleaning instructions provided by Kelley and there have been no issues noted. Without any reservation, I can wholeheartedly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass at 609 Federick Rd, Catonsville MD. I cannot express my thanks and appreciation enough to Kelley and Don. read more
