Stopped by to ask a tech how to replace a bulb in an Escalade headlight assembly. Had the bulb, was going to install it myself. Andrew said give me the bulb, go inside and have a coffee, I'll do it for you, no charge. 10 minutes later I was on my way with working lights. Jeni was easy to talk to and work with, Andrew was great! I've used Gerber before and the people and the work they do there is top notch. I'll never go anywhere else.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS I can't speaking highly enough of the folks at the location on Canton Rd in Marietta. They are the most kind and thoughtful and helpful group of people I've met in the service industry in a long while. My husband drives a Pontiac Pacifica which holds his motorized wheelchair in the back. When my husband and another gal backed up into each other, it damaged the back hatch door and busted the glass which was all over the inside, over his chair and lift. He was stranded without his chair. I called 2 other companies and was told they "could help me in 2 days from now" When I called Gerber on Canton Rd, they told me to come in first thing the next morning. The ladies working there (front desk and estimator) were absolutely wonderful! They made the whole process very easy for me. I expected my car to be in the shop for 10 days and they had it to me in in less than 7. I would definitely recommend this repair place to anyone who needed one!

She was even able to return my car a day earlier than originally promised.
