Repair work was superior. Also, the front desk ladies greeting you and handling signup for repairs, were OUTSTANDING. They were very freindly, courteous and handling situation promptly. I have referred Gerber Collision to all of my friends as this is my first time, and definitely not my last time in the event of needing future repairs.

Only problem was insurance required using a used part and it came in damaged and delayed overall repair. Gerber kept me fully informed on status and, except for the delay, everything went smoothly.

Had a very annoying water leak in our Acura from a previous repair job that was not done correctly by another garage. After a couple of attempts Gerber finally found the problem and fixed it perfectly! No more leaks and I must say they were great at backing up their work and making sure our problem was completely solved! We will definitely use Gerber again! Thanks!

In addition to being a delight, both Tyler and Becky consistently kept me up to date on the repair status of my vehicle. A GEICO client hit my brand new vehicle, so as you can imagine I was not super excited to have to go through this experience. All was well mainly because of the superior customer care I received.
