My Jeep was repaired in their shop under a different owner at the time. Complete right side of jeep was hit by eighteen wheeler. I was having issues with it raining inside on floorboard passenger front door. I took it back to the shop now under Gerber Collision. The Manager , Paul, took it back and repaired issue free of charge. No hassles or issues. No more water in my Jeep when it rains.

Great service and excellent customer service. Trey was so friendly and helped explain ed what all need to be done and gave us a really great estimate. Front desk hostess Gabby was so friendly and nice. She was very informative and answered all my questions and explain everything done to my vehicle while they repaired it. They kept me updated with the progress as they repaired it. I would recommend them to everyone that needs repairs on a vehicle. Thank you so much

The individual who hit my car had Geico and I processed the repairs through GEICO. I got text message to schedule my appointment and also updates and phone calls. Very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to get the vehicle in immediately and the service was completed as soon as the parts were available.

I was SO, SO impressed with the service here. I was borrowing my mom's car and had it parked on the street when someone side-swiped it. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day. The whole process from signing in to reviewing the damage with the inspection employee and deciding what to fix took a total of about 20 minutes. The front office staff was so pleasant and competent. They had my car repaired in less than a week and my mom never knew the difference. I also felt like the pricing was very fair. I would 10/10 recommend this specific location to anyone needing body work done in the New Orleans area.
