If I could rate my recent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass higher that a 5 star, I absolutely would! In my 40+ years of dealing with customer service-- especially with the auto repair industry, I have never received a better experience. I appreciated that USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise Rental all worked together to make it a seamless and effortless process for me. Anthony reached out to me shortly after I submitted my claim and scheduled my repair within a little over a week. When I dropped off my car and met both Anthony, and Logan, who did the repair, I knew I was in excellent hands. Anthony kept me informed daily with updates, and it was clear how much he cared, as he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the service. I'm very satisfied with my repair. They completed it within the timeline they predicted. It looks great. The warranty is comforting i.e. liftime on the repair. The rental process by a third party provider was seamless. I'm convinced the staff is trained to come up with ways to say "yes" to customers requests.

We took our car to Gerber for repair from a parking lot hit and run. Logan T. was the estimator and he was awsome! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He would call our text with updates on how the progress on the repairs were going. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. If the need arises again, we would definitely go back to Gerber and Logan.
