My car was repaired in such a timely manner that I didn't even get a chance to get comfortable in my rental car. My car looked good as new, almost better since it was washed and cleaned so well. Awesome job Gerber Collision!! I would definitely refer anyone to you guys.

Their work has always been excellent & I was impressed with their customer service e.g. I received weekly phone calls to update me on the progress of repairs - then a final friendly call to tell me when I could pick up my car.

I was in an accident in my 2015 Hyundai Azera that totally destroyed the front end (hood, grill, bumper and some slight engine damage). The Team at Gerber, did a beautiful job getting my car back to showroom like condition. If (hopefully not) I need any body or glass repair/replacement in the future, I'll definitely call upon the team at Gerber.

Excellent customer service! My estimator kindly walked me through the damage and discussed the repairs that were needed. My budget has been pretty tight, and when I brought that up, we worked through options that fit best for me! My car came out looking fantastic. Affordable and great service! Special thanks goes out to Daryl for his professional handling of our concerns. Our Subaru was involved in an accident that damaged the rear quarter. The initial estimate was for $1700 fixed in three days. After the shop had the panel opened up, they realized it was going to cost three times as much and take an extra 10 days. Our initial reaction was not positive (to say the least). Daryl was able to walk us through the situation, explaining industry practices, and even showed us the actual damage to the vehicle. He was able to calm our concerns about price gouging. In the end, we are satisfied with the work and appreciative of the extra time invested. My only suggestion would be to be very clear about the potential for extra delays in giving the car back to the customer. Thanks.
