Love love love them. This is my first time ever going and I loved every second of it. They are all very nice from the front desk to the back of the shop. They give you updates and also will call and help you have a better understanding. If I ever need anything like this again I will not hesitate to call them. They even work on foreign vehicles.

From the moment I walked in until I walked out with my shiny repaired and clean car, I was so impressed with how friendly Ivey at the front desk and Tiffany my estimator are. I was told my car would be fixed in 3-5 days and on day 2, I got the call to come pick it up. They are so professional and make you feel welcome. The shop was very clean and comfortable. Michael ordered the part to be replaced on my Jeep and gave us a quote. We took it in and it was ready the next day!! They even washed it and cleaned the inside too! I give them a 10 on everything!! Our experience with Gerber Collision, on repairing our car, was excellent! Communication is one of the best things a company can do for great customer satisfaction. Natilie told us she would give us an update every Tuesday and Thursday. She did exactly what she promised. We had to wait on some parts, but knew Gerber was still involved in our claim. The result was like a new vehicle! Thank you Gerber/Natilie for your friendliness, workmanship, and especially your customer service! I would use you again and refer anyone to Gerber for repair!

The service was amazing for such a unfortunate accident. The employees were very responsive and timely repairing my car. All my repairs made my car look like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend Gerber but especially this location for any body repairs.
