The service I received from Chad and team was excellent. They made the process extremely easy and worked well with my insurance company. The repairs were made very quickly and with great quality. Hopefully, I don't have to use a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going back to Gerber at 34th and Loop 289.

When I got hit, I was so stressed out about my car being damaged and having to get it fixed. Gerber made it so easy and painless to have my car repaired. It was ready super quick! And I was notified of progress the entire way. They also have wonderful customer service! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience.

The girls sitting desk were super friendly and we're just natural at there jobs as well as good conversationalist. Although it did take them two weeks to fix my car they did an amazing job, when I got in I felt like I was driving a new car and they did a good job on detailing the inside.
