Because I have not had an accident in over 20 years, I have so reference to compare pricing with Gerber Collision. But the service I received could not have been better. They kept me informed, and were very courteous every time I interacted with them.

It was a pleasure working with the team in Loveland. They were very clear about what I should expect from the repair process, and took the time to explain things in a way that an uniformed customer could understand. The process took longer than expected (2 weeks longer), but I am told this is because of damage that occurred during shipping replacement parts. When the job was finished, you could hardly tell that I'd been in an accident at all - excellent match of color, and a thorough repair. I can not believe how attentive Jerry was during the repair of my vehicle! He called after the completion of each step of the repair process. This was very nice so I wasn't wondering when I would get my car back and knew it was being worked on in a timely manner. Then when I picked up my car it looked brand new, well definitely better than it did pre-collision! The inside was not only vacuumed but returned to me detailed! Above and beyond what I expected, is the only way I can describe my experience with Gerber - Loveland!
