Just wanted to say thanks for an excellent job by everyone that fixed my wife's Honda Civic and the buffing out of the scratches on our Honda Odessy. Thanks so much to Ed and the whole crew. Will also mention to State Farm how much we appreciated everything. Thanks again.

Hi Ed, I just wanted to say thanks again for everything. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough customer service that I received from you and Nikki. I know that getting the bumper warrantied was a lot to ask, but I feel that you and your team went above and beyond to deliver great results. I also appreciate your patience with me being so particular and asking so many questions. I ended up installing the step pad last night and I think the bumper looks perfect. The bumper is secure and looks really great. I am very happy with the end result! I will definitely bring my business to you in the future and certainly recommend Pearl Auto Body to others as well. Once I get the bumper grilles and lower bumper cover installed, I will snap a few pictures and send them your way. Thanks again and please pass on my gratitude to Nikki as well. You ... and her were a pleasure to work with. read more
