Good morning, I wanted to to say thanks to Bridgette and Mike for the attention and service they provided on Monday 17th. they could not have been more polite and gracious as they worked tirelessly to repair a small cosmetic issue on my car. In addition, they were quick and efficient which I value and appreciate. I have used the Lincoln location several times to work on my Range Rover and each time they have gone above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about the operation and the people that make it work. Thank You

I visited Gerber Collision & Glass in Lincoln, CA last Monday to get an estimate for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner, which had a dent and chipped paint on the right quarter post. Abbie promptly took photos of my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate and information within 15 minutes. I returned the next day to move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Abbie kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with both the quality of the service and the repair work itself. I had the opportunity to watch Eric, the technician, skillfully repair the dent. He even checked in with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results-he was very helpful and professional. The front bumper was severely damaged in an accident and had to be replaced. We took it to Gerber Collision & glass in Lincoln and they did a terrific job installing a new bumper. The two woman who worked in the office were extremely helpful working with our insurance company and representing Gerber.
