Lloyd knows the meaning of customer service! He called me twice a week to keep me updated on repair progress. He was honest, even when there were delays. After the repair was complete, he still took the time to send me over 40 pictures of the work progress to forward to my attorney. He was unfailingly professional, courteous and kind. Give this man a big raise! Have him train others in customer service! These days, when most of my encounters with service personnel are disappointing at best, Mr. Lloyd Hadley stands out as one of the best I've encountered.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed of what was going on, how they were going to fix it and the time. They were very considerate of my time. The car repair looked great. The car overall looked better/cleaner when I got it back than when I turned it in. My husband and I would strongly recommend Gerber to all of our friends and family. If there was a rating higher than a five, he would deserve it.

Lloyd did an excellent job on my car! It was in and out of the shop in no time. He is super sweet and attentive and really wants to make sure every detail of what is being fixed is perfect. My car looked brand new when I got it back. He washed it and even cleaned the inside! He made this process very easy and went above and beyond!
