Convenient location next to Enterprise car rental for replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired. USAA gave me phone number for Gerber in Laurel the day of my collision, but Gerber called me before I even tried. Left my SUV the same day as the estimate for repairs, and Ashleigh kept me informed throughout the repair. Friendly staff and quality repair work. Tech even called the local dealership for codes to reset my radio and navigation package for me. Top notch service!

From my first call to Gerber through out the entire process; I was treated with respect , kindness, and courtesy. Not only did they have answers for any question , or misgivings I may have had - Ms. P. walked me through the entire process ,and explained exactly what I should expect . When a situation did arise with the responsible insurance company ; Ms. P. not only put my mind at rest , she made the necessary contact to the insurance company which saved me from more stress. The owner/manager Gary ; makes everyone feel as if you've known him and the crew always- They always keep you abreast of their progress, with follow up calls .
