I returned to Gerber Collision recently to have an update on work that they had previously done before. A portion of the paint had started to peel. I met with Alonzo who immediately knew that the issue had to be taken care of but needed to get approval from his supervisor, Luciano. Once approval had been made, I was told to drop the car off the following Monday and it would take approximately 3 days. I received a call the following Thursday to let me know that my car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived, I spoke with Alonzo and he introduced me to his supervisor, Luciano apologized for the initial problem. I accepted the apology. We went out to review what had been done. I recently had my car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass on Ellicott Center Drive in Ellicott City, and I'm very pleased with the service. My vehicle had significant front-end damage, and the technician Daniel did an excellent job restoring it. The repairs were done professionally, and the car looks as good as new. The staff was courteous, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the work on time. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and quality workmanship. I highly recommend the team at the Ellicott City Center Drive location to anyone needing collision repairs.

Referred by GEICO for front bumper replacement after a jackass in a work van tried to drive over my little Honda Civic. Gerber did an excellent job and even replaced my scratched up hubcap. They made the entire front end look brand new! The text app kept me updated throughout the extremely short process.

It was my lucky day when I was referred to Gerber for a minor collision repair. That was a month ago. I was very pleased with the job they did, and particularly with the courtesy afforded me by the entire staff. I left smiling. Then today, I noticed somebody had reversed into my car, and the sparkling bumper that I was so happily smiling about a short month ago was now sporting a large dent. I immediately drove to Gerber and was met on the doorstep by a man who recognized me, and at my request took a look at the back end of my car. Within an hour I was out of there, the dent had disappeared and they refused payment. I am now smiling again and am telling all I meet about the amazing service at Gerber Collision. I would definitely recommend friends and family contact Gerber Collision and Glass if they are in need of repair. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the car. Also, I was provided with excellent service and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion and within the completion date. Good Morning, I want to thank Julia G. Great customer service. She kept me updated everyday as to what was going on with the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop also for repairs. The office staff is great. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. They're very professional. The body and paint crew did a fantastic job on my car. The first time I had to utilized this shop someone in my complex had vandalize my car. The other staff member was very helpful. I was traumatize. She help me in so many ways by consoling me first and working with me daily until the repairs were done. She sits at the front computer as you walk in. Please forgive me with not remembering the name. I do remember the great service. GREAT JOB!! I would definitely recommend this location.

I was recently involved in a car accident and the insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass. Being involved in an accident was stressful enough and the thought of dealing with the repairs seemed daunting. It was not, thanks to Gerber. Nico W. was amazing and guided me through the process. He was kind and took the time to explain what would happen, when and an estimated timeline. He kept me informed along the way. The staff at the office were kind and the space was clean. My car looks brand new. They took the time to clean and vacuum my car! They even took the rental at the end so I didn't have to find someone to help me. I am beyond impressed with your customer service. My daughter had body work done on her 2021 Honda CRV and things looked like new. And after a long drive there was an issue with the cruise control. They advised her to get it checked and they would cover any cost. If we need any body work or glass we will definitely be looking for a Gerber dealership. Thank you for being so professional.

It began as an ordinary trip to the grocery store. As I was parking, I looked at my side mirror. It had become unhinged and barely on it's base. I was very upset. I prayed to God for guidance. I drove to snuffer school road an saw Gerber & Collision and Glass. I pulled in saying to myself over and over "Thank you lord". With mirror in hand I was warmly greeted by the staff. I told her of my situation and she smiled and said, I'll get someone to help you right away. About fifteen minutes later, Mr.Ron Santos greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I was told to have a seat and to make myself comfortable. And 30 minutes later, he returned with a big smile saying you're good to go, ma'am. My experience with Gerber & Collision Glass was great.
