Had a wonderful experience here. Not only does my car look like brand new again I had an amazing customer service experience. Everyone who works here is professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive. The Manager, Kim went far and above the call of duty to make sure my car was well taken care of. Kim is also a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need body shop services again, I am coming back here.

My Insurance company arranged the estimate report ahead of time so when I showed up, all I needed to do was get an estimate and a walk around. Michelle helped me find some additional problems I missed and Sharita set everything up in the system. They were both very nice and the repairs were completed on time. 5/5 Service!

Had my hood repaired that was dented on highway with a rock from truck in front of me. I was first greeted by Richard for an estimate he was so professional. When I returned for repair then greeted by Risya and Jalan who made me feel so welcomed. Also when picked up auto I dealt with Tony who went over the car with me. They couldn't be any kinder and my service was so professional. I would recomment this location to anyone. And of course, I would gladly return if/when needed in the future. EXCELLECT crew!!

I returned to Gerber Collision recently to have an update on work that they had previously done before. A portion of the paint had started to peel. I met with Alonzo who immediately knew that the issue had to be taken care of but needed to get approval from his supervisor, Luciano. Once approval had been made, I was told to drop the car off the following Monday and it would take approximately 3 days. I received a call the following Thursday to let me know that my car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived, I spoke with Alonzo and he introduced me to his supervisor, Luciano apologized for the initial problem. I accepted the apology. We went out to review what had been done.
