Great friendly staff. Everyone communicated well with a call or email everyday my vehicle was in your possession with a status update. Thank you for the proactive measures you and your team took to keep me in the loop and feel comfortable with the situation. Being the reason I was brought to you guys in the first place was a car accident I was not at fault for my was not happy about the situation to start with. THANK YOU for the great customer experience aside from the repaire work I revived being outstanding! All aspects in every area I was helped with i am more then pleased with! My car looks great. I was concerned about the paint job which appeats to be a perfect match. I don't lnow about the alignment yet since I haven't driven the car.. Customer service was above excellent. Friendly staff that kept me updated on the progress of repairs.

I brought in my 2007 Nissan for almost $5,000 worth of repairs and Gerber couldn't have been a better experience. They were kind enough to cover some rental charges when the wrong part came in and the truck turned out perfect. I was especially impressed with all of the repairs being guaranteed for as long as I owned the truck. I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know in need of collision repair.
