I am 61 years old and have had my share of dealing with repairs to my cars, Gerber collision is #1 on my list now , Aremy J A. was the best customer service man that I have ever dealt with in any profession, he was very informative of the procedures and what I should expect from Gerber during the repair of my vehicle, his communication was perfect, he was polite and respectful and completely aware of my needs, he even referred me to Enterprise rentals to make the whole process go easier. My car was fantastic when I picked it up , everything was perfect, he even greeted me by name when I entered the office.. I will definitely suggest to all my friends that if they ever need to have work done to go to Gerber. You have a winner on your team with Aremy J A. I am very pleased with the repair work done on the body of my Lexus. Also, it was a very nice surprise to see that Gerber went the extra mile by repairing some dings in the paint job and correcting a dent not related to the accident. My car is is the cleanest and shiniest it's been in a long time. Also, Cathy and Aremy were very nice and extremely accommodating. It was a pleasurable experience.

I just want to let you know that I had service at this location last week. After my first encounter, I came home and told my family that I had never had such good customer service at any car service business. After my next phone call, I told a group of my friends that I'm pretty sure I have never had such good service anywhere, in any kind of business. Kathy, who helped arrange everything was absolutely, hands down, the best! She took care of everything! I also interacted with Nick K. and Aremy A. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When there was more damage than they realized, they updated the estimate with the insurance, called the rental car co, made sure the car would continue to be available through the weekend if needed, and called to update me on the progress several times. I would give their rating a "10" if you had that many stars. This location has the best service of any auto repair I have used in the last 45 years!! The work was EXCELLENT and the customer service was unsurpassed. Aramy and Nick were great. They will get all of our business and anyone we can refer. This tragedy turned into a great experience.
