I had some minor front end damage on my 2017 Tucson, and was referred by Geico to Gerber Collision on Decatur. The appointment was for the next day after my call, and the work was done in one day. David was very professional, and he made sure every issue was taken care of. I would highly recommend Gerber based on my experience with them. It's even nicer that Enterprise Rental cars is just a few steps out the door. This was a very positive experience dealing with David and Meghan. Five stars!

Jesus ! Hahahaha ! That's a compliment for one of the mechanics you have with that name . Super helpful ! He understood my concerns regarding my car and the safety i needed . He reassured me that once it is done it'll be as good as new. I was sad about what happened to my car but then again meeting Jesus makes me think, it'll still ok to have my car after that violation the culprits did to my car ! You should have more of him . He's a savior in a human form . I thank the real Jesus for jesus!

I was nervous about dropping my car off because of all the damages. Once I got there and spoke with my GEICO rep and my Gerber adjustor I felt at ease. I love how you kept me updated and in the loop through the whole process! My car looks amazing I can't even tell it was ever damaged! Thank you for doing such a great job! I will always use this company!

My Estimator Jesus turned the bad impression i had on you guys to make me a Promoter for Gerber . He always keep me update with my car from start to finish and gave me the best customer service i could ask for. Overall 5 stars for Gerber Collision for there services. Thank you !!

I am beyond pleased with the collision repairs that were done on my car! I was a little worried because my car is almost 12 years old and I was afraid it would look uneven. But I was floored when I picked up my car.... it actually looks brand new! The service was done ahead of schedule according to the notifications I received. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and when this man hit the back of my car,I thought to myself "No more....I just can't handle this right now!! Geico called me the same day and referred me to Gerber Collision. They set up an appointment right away and made all of this so easy for me!!The adjuster ,Katie was awesome! She was very informative,kind and gets an A+ on customer service in my opinion. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job! Enterprise was right next door and that made it so easy to get a car rental. They were great as well. Gerber Collision is so organized.....I was extremely impressed with the file of paperwork they give you for your records. Thank you for making this experience so easy for me . You guys are the best !I will never go anywhere else and I will refer Gerber to everyone! :-)
