Everything was great. Enjoyed the service performed here. Didn't have to leave the premises to get a rental car. That was top notch. Usually you have to go somewhere else for a rental car.

For my only accident repair in 30 years I think Gerber on Decatur is hands down the best. Their customer service as well as repairing collision damage is exceptional. I was customer service manager for many years and of late you don't see good customer service these days with Gerber being the exception. I loved the daily status updates by text (I'm in technology and I love to see companies that use technology). I was also impressed by the concern the estimators showed even though my damage wasn't all that bad (for me it was devastating of course). Since my car is in Audi I figured the repair would take a week because of parts but, Gerber did it in three days and it looks great. Should I ever need accident repair again, Gerber is my choice for the repair.

Total staff was professional and efficient. I needed small fender trim repair and did not file thru my insurnace company. Lonnie W. came out and gave me the appraisal and lead time. Shortly after my initial meeing i had back surgery and your office staff would call just to inquire on my recovery and let me know that my part was in and available so when I could drive they would have the part to replace. Thank you for your patience and great work

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING WORK. KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH MY CAR EVERY OTHER DAY, KEPT ME IN THE LOOP ON EVERYTHING. IF I HAD TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH ON A SCALE OF 1-10, ID GIVE THEM A 100! NICEST FRIENDEST STAFF AROUND. MY CAR WAS CLEANER ON THE INSIDE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN AND OF COURSE, THE DAMAGE DONE WAS COMPETELY UNTRACEABLE AND MY CAR SHINED LIKE NEW. THANK YOU!
