The shop did a wonderful job on repairing the rear bumper! They kept me updated through text messages during the whole process, overall 5 Star ratings!

Just wanted to commend the front office staff in the 4930 W. Cheyenne, Las Vegas location for their level headed professionalism during my interaction with them today, 2/5/2025. I have had a terrible experience trying to work with my insurance provider (for which you are a DRP) which has, unfortunately necessitated tight scrutiny of the entire process. In addition to the apologies I made to them directly today, I feel that their exemplary response to a frustrating situation should be recognized.

Communication and time is a big deal to me and they were extremely efficient at it.
