Gerber did beautiful job on my car. It looked better than I expected! Robert spent a lot of time explaining how to maintain the paint and even repair minor scratches. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed. I would definitely use then again and recommend Gerber to my friends and family!

I am giving them five stars because I have no reason not too. The whole experience was as easy as it could possibly be for me. The entire process was explained and I had lots of opportunities to ask questions, which were answered. At drop off, the Geico rep, and Gerber collision rep both checked the damage to my Sienna, and I was told they would have an estimate later that day because they needed to remove some panels of the car to accurately asses the damage and estimate repair time. Got a call later that day, exactly like they said they would. After the inspection, I picked up my rental car at the same location. Again the rep, explained the agreement and got me down the road in just a few minutes. Total time there during the drop off was probably fifeteen to twenty minutes.
