Kim was so pleasant to work with, she is excellent at customer service. She called me twice a week to update me on the progress of my truck repair.They had a small glitch in getting in the wrong door, and she flat out told me they screwed up and it was going to take a little longer. No excuses it was their fault. She made a difficult situation go so much easier and smoother.

Staff was excellent, super friendly and customer service oriented. My car was in for several weeks for hail damage, they even had to replace the roof. It was definitely worth the wait, looked like a new car upon completion. Thanks Guys!! Highly Recommend

I believe in angels - today I met 1 in person. No appointment, no planning! Pull in with question about a fender bender. Within 5 minutes, Wes not only fixed the problem he did it with a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eyes. What an awesome, gentle man! A great place to do busness! As a former junior high teacher known to be a tough grader, there is no way to give this company any thing but a huge A+. Thank you so much and may God continue to bless you.

Our car was damaged by an unknown person in downtown Denver while parked on the street. USAA recommended Gerber Collision and are we glad they did. As the damage was caused on the weekend, this Monday morning, we took the car in, and the GM took it upon himself to immediately fix the damage at least so we could make the trip home to have a proper repair done. I strongly recommend that if needing service in the Denver area, you should visit Wes' store in Lakewood.

I've read some of the earlier poor reviews and can only think that they have done a bang-up job at Gerber to address their customers' concerns because my experience was wonderful. My 9-year-old car looks brand new! Wes and team were warm, helpful, and responsive. And, they were wonderful at communicating with their text updates. They did everything to accommodate my schedule between travels for aa business trip and a death in the family. For this, I am truly grateful. I have places that are closer to me in Golden, but I would return to this location because of the experience I had.

This is my first experience with Gerber Collision and I had to write to say how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Wesley L. runs an unusually customer-friendly shop that completed our work on time and with outstanding quality. Wes in particular went out of his way to make sure our car was well taken care of and that all of our needs were met. Thanks again. I will definitely use Wes' shop again if the need arises.
