Best experience we have ever had with collision auto body shop. Kim Jacobs rocks! Every time we called we were treated great by everyone who answered the phone. The repair was done with great experise and Scott did everything that he promised. I have had the car repaired before (damage due to a flying object) at the Ceder store, and was satisfied then. The team did an excellent and professional job of dealing with a very mean insurance representative. They got me in on the day that i requested. And the car turned out beautifully! I went in to Gerber on a Friday afternoon to get a quote about a dent I needed repaired. They were super nice and friendly and were able to get my car in the following Monday. They gave me a completely reasonable quote and said they hoped to have it done by Wed and they did. I received several text messages me about the status of my car. It was a completely hassle free situation and I will not hesitate to return if I ever need work done or need to refer a friend or family member. Thanks so much!!!!

I was very pleased with the person making the estimate, the work done and the quickness of it all. My car had been hit in the back and wasn't a lot of damage, only slow thing was the person's insurance company (Liberty Mutual) giving the okay. Gerber personnel were great.
