There was extensive damage to the left front of my Nissan Murano. The repair was a success and my car looked new again. I had to take it back for a couple of minor adjustments, but they were taken care of in just a few minutes. They were very professional and were great at keeping me informed of the repair status. I am submitting this review as a testament to the entire staff at this location. My car was a total loss due to its age I was of course upset. These folks were so helpful in the process of my dealing with the insurance company and helping me through the process I am a senior and this company was more helpful than my insurance co in walking me through the process and answering my questions about options. I can't say enough about their customer first attitude . the gentleman's name was Forest. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very helpful to all their customers Thanks for making an old lady feel like a person not an interruption in your day
