Wow...this is 5 stars all the way...and then some. I think my car looked better after it came out of the this shop than when I bought it new. This operation is first class and I would like to mention all who took care of me and my vehicle. Starting with my favorite receptionist Mandy..who is totally great and was willing to wait for my after the shop closed, just so I could get my car. To Gary who went out of his way to pick up the final part to my vehicle which we were all waiting on. He drove out to get it just so my car could be finished on Friday instead of receiving the part Monday. Thanks Gary! To John who kept me always posted and always up to date on the progress of the work on the vehicle. Thanks John! What GREAT service. I came into the shop not knowing what needed to be done with my car and the employees were so helpful. Turns out the scratches just needed to be buffed out and the technician went and retrieved some compound and a rag and took care of everything. I was impressed for sure! The car looks great and no major repairs needed. Thanks Gerber!

Brought our 2007 Hyundai Entourage minivan in to receive an estimate to repair several scrapes on the side of the minivan due to spouse sideswiping house downspout by our narrow driveway. Lainie N. looked at the car, discussed my options, and in 10 minutes buffed out the worst of the scratches manually, free of charge. I still plan on bringing the car back to pay the shop to do some minor painting and more extensive buffing. I was very impressed with the service that I received today. Service doesn't get any better!

We had two cars that were recently exposed to a fire. Gerber did a great job fixing them. They look brand new. Everyone was nice and helpful and I was kept up to date on the status of my car. I would definitely recommend this Gerber!

Excellent service. Brought my car in for what I thought was a repair related to my collision work done previously. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly (determining it was not related to the original repair). They ordered the part, fixed my car quickly, and dropped my car off at my house later in the day. Jason was extremely friendly and professional. Gerber did a great job!

Gerber took my car right away after the accident and arranged for a loaner....the service was quick and efficient. Due to a couple small mechanical issues we were unable to pick up the car when called, but they corrected the issues quickly. I was very satisfied with the work and the treatment I received!

After my (stolen) car had been retrieved, I brought it here for repairs. It was my first experience with Gerber, and the service I received was fabulous! Chris kept me informed throughout the entire week, while my insurance went through the inspection process and while Gerber was making repairs. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Mandy, John and Jason were very accommodating and provided amazing customer service. I received calls and text messages with the status of my repairs which was extremely helpful. I was also excited to find out that my car was repaired much quicker that the original estimate.
