My wife and I brought our auto, that had slight fender damage due to being hit by an uninsured driver, in for an estimate. Even though I did not have an appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. We waited only a few minutes for Chris Menos, an appraiser, to come out to talk to us. He introduced himself before going out for an initial inspection. He then explained what he thought it may take for the repair. We then waited about 10-15 minutes while the car was taken into the shop. The fender was dislodged and the mechanic was able to snap it back into place. Unbelievable how quick, courteous, kind and helpful everbody was!! Old-fashioned, good, honest service with a smile. I am so impressed!! i've been using this location (different owner) for years, and was just as pleased today as ever. i had a minor bumper repair that was taken care of immediately, and they threw in a car wash, to boot! i love this place, and respect their customer service standards, friendly atmosphere, and quality of work. always happy to recommend them to friends! go hawks!!

My neighbor and friend is my State Farm agent, literally. Those I was having repairs done without using my insurance, he recommended Gerber without hesitation and since he has been in the business for 30 years, I figured he knows what he's talking about. Boy was I right! Working with Gerber was ridiculously painless. Very professional, expedient and just plain nice- the kind of people that make a usually painful process actually pleasant. I can't wait to wreck my car again!

I am very happy with my recent overall experience at Gerber. My State Farm agent recommended them and they were very helpful. Mandy at the front desk was a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Chris and John keep me informed regarding my car repair status, progression and details of the repairs. It was a stressful time following the collision I was involved in and I am happy to say that ALL the workers at this shop helped me in different ways. When I arrived I was treated with respect, humor and goodwill. I was shown the damage tfound and led through the repair process they would embark upon. This attention to detail and my well being was and still is appreciated. I will recommend Gerber to others and will reiterate to them my wonderful, customer orientated, human, and caring treatment I was shown and truely enjoyed!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Of course, anyone who comes here has had something bad happen to their car so it's never a place you love to visit, but everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My car was done on time (4 days) and they even sent me text messages every day to tell me what was going on with my car. I loved that! I hate when you take your car in somewhere and you are frustrated because no one tells you the status of what's going on with your car. They washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back to me and it looked brand new when I went to pick it up. They were fast, friendly and i really loved the little text messages I would get! I hope I don't see them for a really long time but if I have to, I would take my car back here!

I came in to hopefully talk to someone about some spray paint that had been on my car for awhile. Chris was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He suggested having his painter look at it, and after only a short bit, the results were outstanding; no trace that spray paint had ever been on my car exists. I am extremely appreciative and thankful for the help that Gerber provided me with.

Customer service was outstanding. Everyone at this site went above and beyond to accommodate me in terms of completing the estimate, arranging for drop off, scheduling the rental car, and finally picking up my vehicle. I had damage to several parts of my Lexus requiring with two seperate insurance claims and a self pay portion. Coordination of the repairs was seamless and my car looks wonderful. I couldn't be happier with Gerber Collision in La Grange. I would recommend anyone to use their services. you will not find better customer service and quality work! Highly Recommended.
