They did a great job. can't tell I buggered up my car. Also, when my battery died in their parking lot, they jumped me so I could be on my way. I refer all of my customers here (insurance agent) because I know they will be satisfied as I am. So not only am i a customer, but I am a business partner.

Dropped off car on Sunday 10/28/18 night drop. Repairs under the lifetime warranty to the drivers side rear door of our 2010 Ford Flex. Picked up car at 1030am on Friday 11/2/18. Looks very good, very happy with repair at this time. Original repair was performed by Collision Cure, Thank you to Gerber for honoring the lifetime warranty.

TALKING ABOUT OUR VISIT AND THE ATTITUDE TOWARD US "ALL" THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING OUR VAN REPAIRED, WE WERE QUITE PLEASED AND SOMEWHAT SHOCKED. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS LIKE LIVING BACK IN THE EARLY 60'S WHEN OWNERS FOUGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. The Estimator Brandon H. went way overboard to get us comfortable with what he was going to repair, related to what we were telling him. Making sure we were both "communicating." Then, when we went in to pick up our van, Michael V.,( now known to us as the Manager), went all through the processes step by step to allow us to feel comfortable. ( we thought by his actions and details that he was one of the guys who preformed part of the work. Knowledgeable, detailed and calm in spirit.) Anyway, our visits and updating through the phone calls, all in all, gave us a sense of calm ... and peace through it all. Side note: While we were there, an old, ( I mean old) man came in the lobby. (I'm 70 this year, but he was old) The old man had been there the day before. Hard of hearing and loud, Michael excused himself knowing there might be trouble between the man and the secretary. ( Because of the hearing problem and the man's lack of understanding, related to that hearing problem) It was a delight to see Michael's reactions of respect and care for the man. A character not found in this day and time. Upon clearing up the problem, Micheal apologized to us and went on with the task of signing us out as it were. read more
