My neighbor recently backed out of her driveway into my back passenger door since my car was parked on the street. She had USAA insurance which took responsibility for my auto repair. They referred Gerber Collision & Glass. I had never worked with you all before, but am so happy I did. The customer service here was outstanding! I had an appointment for the auto repair estimates on Friday, April 13th. I walked in and was greeted with a smile from the front desk. The estimator, Ryan R., was very kind and professional. He explained the process and ensured I would be taken care of. I booked a reservation to have my car door repaired and was out in less than 30 minutes. When I dropped my car off on the day of the reservation, I was happy that there wasn't a lot of paperwork. The rental car showed up immediately after arriving there. The ... next day, the estimator called and said my car was ready! My car looked brand new after being repaired. They even took care of the rust on the very edge of my driver door from buffing the paint out to match with the rest of the car. Randolph was a great employee. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This guy deserves a raise haha. And the two girls at the front desk were very nice as well.
