Jeremy & Bob were great with keeping me informed, providing a detailed explanation every step of the way. There was an issue with a part delivery and I was kept up-to-date. I believe they went above and beyond when replacing a broken antenna that wasn't even part of the repair estimate. True professionals! I would highly recommend Gerber for any collision needs.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received at the Kenosha service center. From the first phone call to set up appointment to the pick up of the repaired car, the customer service was amazing. Really appreciated the phone calls along the way to keep us updated. Gave great assurance that we were a priority to the staff. Bob and Jeremy were the people we talked with the most and they genuinely cared about us and our vehicle. Showroom was always comfortable and clean and front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Overall an excellent 5 star experience.

The communication throughout the entire process of my repair was stellar. I got texts, personal calls, and emails about my repair end date and updates along the way. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted me if I needed a question answered. I will absolutely be using Gerber in Kenosha for any of my future repair needs! My car was damaged on April 19, 2022. It was taken to Gerber for repairs. They kept me updated every few days on the progress and were very friendly and apologetic when it was hard to find the parts they needed. I picked my car up today and it looks Great!! I would go to them again (although I won't need to) but would also recommend them to my friends.
