The Kennesaw Gerber location was unbelievably quick in returning my car to me. It took a mere 36 hours to complete the work. I am totally amazed and very appreciative of the quick turn-around. It saved me additional rental expense as well.

Gerber Collision is by far a very professional and reliable business. They were friendly from the get go and they followed up with me regularly with the status of my vehicle. Not only did my car look better than new when it was finished, the repairs were done in a timely manner and I was notified as soon as it would ready. I would definitely refer anyone that needs minor or major repairs to go to Gerber Collision. They did a great job and I am extremely impressed.

The folks at Gerber were all very professional, polite, and friendly. They explained every step of my car repair process to me and made me very comfortable with the service and work they were providing. Keith Burns and Nan Bishop were especially helpful and cooperative in working with me and kept me informed throughout the repairs. Their costs seemed reasonable to me, and were about $500 lower than another estimate I received from a different auto body repair shop.

I went to Gerber after a girl hit my parked car and split the front fender and cracked the plastic wheel well. They fixed it, matched the paint, and did some related adjustments in 3 days. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. The end price was ~$400 higher than the original estimate, but the girl's insurance paid for it.

I was refered by Curtis and Patrick from Big 10 Tires. I walked in and was greeted by Keith Burns with a big smile and I talk to Keith about my truck, He came out and looked at it and gave me an estimate, I was happy and right away I asked him to order my parts. I took my truck in on Monday 02/07/2011 to be fixed and not only fixing my truck he give me a rental for free. I mean free, I was stunned anyway and then not only 4 to 5 hours later II had a call from Keith that my truck was finished. I went over back to the shop and when I looked at my truck I was a happy camper. I never been happier with the work he and the other guys did. Thank you guys, you guys are the best. I had a collision repair at "Cartech" which is now Gerber in Kennesaw Georgia in 2004. The paint on the hood failed. I returned the car to Gerber and they stood by the guarantee without a hassle and repair the failure. The service was excellent. Thank you Chuck Peddycoart

The service at Gerber was great! I've had problems with other collision centers in the past, but not at Gerber. They made sure I was well informed along the way and had my car fixed in no time. When I picked up my car they also took time to walk through the repairs with me and made sure I knew how to take care of the new paint job. If you're going to the Kennesaw location, as for Mike- he's the one that supervised my case!
