My wife hit a contractor's wheelbarrow that blew off an open trailer on the interstate. The damage to the car's front was extensive as well as damage to the radiator and AC parts near the front. Anthony Mormile checked the damages thoroughly. He advised me about a short delay until they could obtain the parts to repair front end damages. He also explained the repair and repaint needed on the front of the hood. They helped me coordinate pickup for a rental car. After a few days, Dana called me with a status of the parts order and other damages under the hood. Dana continued to call me every couple of days as the work progressed. Not only was it informative, it relieved me of the chore of remembering to call back. I've rarely experienced that high level of proactive customer service, especially from a high volume auto repair shop. When the ... car was ready, Dana called promptly to tell me. I checked the new paint on the hood for color match. It was perfect. In my experience with auto repair and painting, matching aged paint on a car is one of the hardest challenges for a painter. Gerber Collision is doing a lot of things right. Taking good care of customers is a smart business decision.. Gerber not only fixed the bumper and headlight on the front of my car in a timely manner, they helped me get in touch with the rental car place and worked around my schedule. The continually stayed in contact with me about the issues that my car was having. They also informed me that my car had been in previous accidents which was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. They showed me the repair work that had been done on the car. They were very honest and diligent in fixing my car. Everyone was very polite.

I was not aware that there was such a glass company that also repair auto's as well. The service was quick and the work was excellent. I just knew that my final statement would be over the edge. WRONG!! You guy's are great. In the future (should the occasion arise) i will definately recommend any and everyone to Gerber. You guy's are really on point and i appreciate it. Gerber did a good job repairing our Civic. We had concerns because it was a 1 year old car. They did a complete panel replacement and a driver door re-skin. They seam sealed the joints, did a good paint job, and laid on a great pin stripe like factory.

I am very impressed with this Gerber location. Every time I called in I was greeted very nicely and genuinely by Jeanne. When I got my estimate done originally I talked to Dana. She was very honest to me about the best way to get my car fixed through both my insurance company and from the insurance company of the person who hit me. I appreciated her guidance greatly. When I came back to get repairs done, Walt took care of my case. He was very friendly, easy going, and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands to repair. When I picked up my car I was happily shocked by the work done on it because the gentleman (unfortunately I don't know his name) who did the repairs went above and beyond any expectations. I can tell he cares about his job and loves what he does. I am very thankful that I had that gentleman work on my car and ... will always ask for him if another unfortunate circumstance arises.
