I called on 2/15 about a window that needed to be replaced and was told that it may take 3-5 days to come in but to my surprise it was in on 2/18. After a million and 1 calls to Keith and Anthony, they never allowed their nerves get the best of them! With all of my questions, they were very patient with me. The time for replacement was quick and the customer service was exemplary! I will refer you 100 times over! Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that want their cars to be fixed quickly and properly. I recently had my BMW being fixed at Gerber, the staffs in here (especially Matt) are all willing to go beyond their ordinary duties in order to give me an extremely satisfy experience. I am very happy with my car now, it looks even newer than before!

My car was delivered to this location by USAA after I was involved in a five car crash. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Keith Burns did an amazing job of keeping me informed on how the repairs were going and any necessary updates. The young lady who answered the phone, I feel awful that I do not remember her name, was also wonderful whenever I called and always help me very courteously. You can not tell my car was ever involved in an accident and it was done 3 days ahead of schedule. Thank you very much for everybody from Gerber Collision that was involved in getting my car repaired. I will recommend you to anybody I know that has an accident.

Recently, I was parked outside of a building that was being spray painted and beige spray paint residue completely covered my Black in color 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. My mechanic at All-Pro Auto in Kennesaw, Ga recommended that I take my vehicle to Gerber Collision. My mechanic knows how particular I am about my vehicle and any service that has to be conducted. I called and made an appointment with Keith Burns for Thursday August 1, 2013. Keith was very courteous and assured me that he and his team would restore my vehicle to its original appearance..... and he did not disappont. My SUV looks amazing and I picked up my vehicle on schedule as promised and the price came in a little under the estimate, which was even better. The entire team especially Keith Burns at the Kennesaw Gerber Collision center are exceptional people and the customer ... service was excellent.
