I recently had my rear bumper repaired and the service was excellent. I was kept in the loop regarding the progress of the repair. There is a rental car company onsite extremely convenient. Best of all my SUV was returned to me cleaned and detailed. In addition, I was given after repair care instruction. I was running a little behind due to traffic the office had closed, I called ahead and they waited for me - now that is customer service. I am one happy camper,

I am 100% impressed and satisfied with the courteous and professional service I received on my hail-damaged car. Keith B. was outstanding, answered my questions, kept me in the loop, and got my car repaired and back to me in record time. Hopefully I won't have damage to any of our autos in the future, but if that does happen, Gerber will be the only place I will go! 5 Stars for sure!

I have used Gerber in the past on several occasions and have always had great service and superior body work done there. When I backed out of my garage and popped the side view mirror out of the holder I went to Gerber for help. They were quick, efficient and took great care of me at a price that couldn't be beat! Absolutely amazing service and repair. They explained everything very well, including keeping me up to date on a regular basis on the status of the repairs. When i first experienced my accident I was so worried about the damage and the repairs and the thing I most appreciate was the staff reassuring me that everything would turn out fine.
