I had a missing drivers side door handle and came in to get a handle ordered for my Nissan Versa 2009. I paid for what I thought was a complete handle assembly. The handle continued falling off the door. It seemed that the necessary key cover part had not been ordered the first repair. After the second visit when they simply stuck the incomplete handle back on, I wrote a complaint. I had no idea a second part was necessary until the manger noted the omission the second visit. They ordered this key cover part, and it was installed and works wonderfully well. The Manager today, said there was not a charge for this part ordered. I was very surprised with this customer service action. I am pleased, impressed and thankful. Thank you very much for the constant trying to make this repair successful. Also advice was given about another part ... needed. Thank you for this also. I will return for further work to be done to this location of Gerber collusion and Glass, in Kennesaw, Ga. Unknown person hit the parked car in Florida. I checked Gerber to get damage estimate, then called USAA. Ms. Michelle handled the repair process, explained the areas I was unfamiliar with in regards to claims procedures. The repair work was performed quickly, and thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied with the results.
