I just got my car back from Gerber collision and was super impressed with their customer service. The girls in the front office were helpful with information and friendly. The shop manager kept me informed about the progress of repairs and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the repairs and service. The car was spotless inside and out.

The best customer service ever! They showed me how to replace a trim piece that had come loose without charge. We were very satisfied when they repaired my Santa Fe after a collision back in February which is why I sought them out again. Quality always speaks for itself. I went in for my scheduled claim estimate. The paint on My SUV had been damaged all around the wheel. I saw Ellen C and she had her buffer guy come out to see if he thought he could fix it. Ellen and John fixed it right then and there. What great people who care.
