This is the 2nd time using Gerber Collision, Lenexa. I got 3 different bids, they were several hundred dollars cheaper than their competition. They communicate very well, provide outstanding service and both times got my car repaired on time! Great company!!!

the simplicity was very appreciated. their communication and updates with me were clear and especially with informing insurance AND car rental was super important and helpful toward my first experience having to deal with a car accident fix/claim. thank you! repairs looked good too plus the car was very clean when we got it back

We brought our vehicle to the Gerber Collision & Glass W. Kellogg location after an incident. The check in process was easy. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We got a diagnosis and estimate on the spot. After they answered all our questions, they set us up with an appointment to fix the damage. The appointment was the soonest we could get, compared to other collision centers in the area. We were able to drop the vehicle in the night before which was convenient, and the work was completed within 24 hours. The total cost was even less than quoted, because they were able to fix instead of replacing some parts (thanks for looking out!). Gerber Collision was A+. The moment I came by for an estimate to the moment the repairs were finished, I was updated and communication was excellent among all staff. I had a carbon fiber piece that was attached to the damaged portion of the vehicle and they were able to match it completely. Also, the rear window needed to be replaced and they were fully able to match the tint that was on prior to the accident. Overall A+ experience Super professional, friendly and very reliable team at Gerber.

There was a lot for the insurance company to review before we got a final decision. So it took longer. But in the end I'm very pleased with the repair and the paint matched perfectly!. Chad kept me in the loop and was a straight shooter so it was easy to work with them to resolve this repair. I definitely felt like I got first class repair for my hail damage.
