Fantastic service. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel calm in a stressful situation. My car was vandalized. They returned my car super fast and cleaned inside and out. Best service ever!

Everything is great! I picked it up after it being snowy and they let my car heat up and melt before giving it to me. However I had low tire pressure off the lot. That's expected with the cold tho! It was expected to be ready within 4-6 weeks, then they gave us an updated estimate for an extra month - then delivered our car the next week!

Great work and the biweekly updates were extremely helpful. Took a very long time for my repairs to be completed though. There were items missed on the original estimate that were found later which delayed the repairs. Great customer service though.

I just want to say that I had such a pleasant experience with this shop! Santana at the front was so helpful and kind, John was incredible and made me feel very taken care of! My Toyota RAV4 had quite the dent in it and they completely took care of me and my car and had it done two days early! I will absolutely come back here! Such a pleasant experience. Such a joy.

My Vehicle was involved in an Accident on November 1,2019 And the other Driver was uninsured, therefore I am left with a damaged vehicle because the driver that hit me isn't on the insurance policy for the vehicle he was Driving.... I went to Gerber Collision & Glass in Kansas City on Wornall Road and Spoke with the Receptionist who put me in contact with Mark & Steven two Employees who showed concern, Compassion, in regards to my current situation, I even received a Decent Estimate Price....
