super friendly. Receptionist was very polite and quick with all the necessary information and paperwork. Rob, the adjuster was very thorough with the pics of the damage and was very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Very easy to talk to - friendly. First time I taken a vehicle in for collision work. Gerber made it easy for me. I expected a quite longer period to the repair but it was all done in a week. Will use them again for future repairs

My car was finished early and looks brand new. They even cleaned and vacuumed it. The staff was very nice and polite. I was pretty crabby when I got there. I apologized and we all had a little chuckle.

The people here are awesome! I specifically talked to Brian S. who gave me a reasonable price to fix my car and ensured me it would be done in a timely matter. He was right! My car was done in 2 days and it was so nice to have it done so quickly. The receptionist there also, I am unsure of her name, was amazing! She is very sweet and was really nice to work with. Thanks Gerber Collision for fixing my car, I couldn't be happier!
