I would like to thank the great employees at the Kalamazoo Gerber, who have helped my family with numerous vehicles we have owned over the years, even before being a part of Gerber. The Wonderful service starts the moment we talk to Sally, and continues until we get our vehicle back, looking fantastic. Numerous people have helped us, even serving as a liaison between us and our insurance company, when we disagree with our insurance provider. In fact, while we may change insurance providers, we always end up bringing our vehicles to this shop, as we trust them to take care of our vehicles like they would their own, while providing us with the best possible service. I wish we could name everyone who has provided us with such great service, but I'm sure I would miss something someone did.
