We've used the services of Gerber Collision & Glass for the auto body care of our cars for years and have never been anything less than "completely" satisfied. We had to call on them recently, and just when I thought their service couldn't get any better - guess what? - IT DID!!! The 5 star rating I've given them has everything to do with their receptionist, TAYLOR! She showed a level of professionalism that was fully loaded with genuine concern with customer's needs, a well-rounded knowledge of the services given, and courtesy that surpassed expectation! Taylor is so bright and cheerful, which is such a needed quality when your car is sick! With the superb work that the technicians do and the pleasant way Taylor handles each customer, I'd gladly double the number of stars I give Gerber Collision & Glass as a rating! ... Turnaround time was week sooner than originally estimated. I was either called, emailed or texted daily with updates. CSR person, Taylor was great and very professional! I will certainly use Gerber again but hoping I will never have too.

The service I received was absolutely awesome. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and overall wonderful personality. I received up to date information as my vehicle was being repaired. Which helped to ease my mind in a very stressful situation. My car was done earlier than the expected date and looked spectacular when I picked it up. I am very happy with service I received. I would definitely refer anyone to Gerber.

I literally brought my car in Tuesday August 29th 2017 the door had to be removed because of the dent and repainted with a new door. It is now 3:15 Wednesday August 30th 2017 and my car is completely finished ! With zero complaints! Helllooooooo Jessup Gerber is theeeeee best !
