I was very impressed with the service at Gerber Collision. Our car had a split fender from something that hit the front of the car after falling off a truck in front of her while my wife was driving on the highway. Even though Gerber had an extremely busy schedule and it was looking like I might have to wait a month before my car could be repaired, their customer service rep, Liz, was extremely helpful and managed to get my car squeezed into their schedule 2 weeks earlier than expected. Liz was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She called me to come and look at an unexpected issue unrelated to the claim, and brought the car around for me immediately after I arrived. The entire way, she kept me informed and answered all my questions. After 2 days, my car was ready. It looked brand-new, and the new fender ... was painted and matched perfectly! I will definitely use Gerber Collision again if the need arises in the future. read more

My car was repaired in almost week before scheduled. Staff were super friendly and provided great customer service. Liz kept me updated and was super insightful. It seemed like she really cared and wanted me to get the best service possible. My car looks brand new, it's almost as if nothing ever happened to it. The quality of the repair is seamless and sturdy. I was really taken care of here and a lot of unnecessary stress was avoided.

We've used the services of Gerber Collision & Glass for the auto body care of our cars for years and have never been anything less than "completely" satisfied. We had to call on them recently, and just when I thought their service couldn't get any better - guess what? - IT DID!!! The 5 star rating I've given them has everything to do with their receptionist, TAYLOR! She showed a level of professionalism that was fully loaded with genuine concern with customer's needs, a well-rounded knowledge of the services given, and courtesy that surpassed expectation! Taylor is so bright and cheerful, which is such a needed quality when your car is sick!
