I strongly recommend the Jessup, MD Gerber Glass and Collision to repair your auto. My experience from start to finish was top-notch. The day after filing my claim with my insurance, Gerber called me to arrange for an appraisal and was able to accomodate me the same day. The staff was very polite and professional and it was obvious that excellent customer service is their aim. After inspecting the vehicle, Josh clearly explained the estimate and what the process would be. They were able to get my vehicle in at a time that accomodated my needs. Alex kept me informed throughout the repair process and completed the repair ahead of schedule. Bottom line, the auto looks great, as good as new. I'm very satisfied with the work. It is very apparent to me that the staff at Gerber takes a great deal of pride in their work and gets it done right. ... That seems to be rare these days, but not at this body shop. This is to let you know Gerber has resolved a difficult situation very much to our satisfaction. We recently had Gerber do some body work on the passenger side of the car as part of a USAA claim. When we received the repaired vehicle, we saw new damage to the driver's doors--both rear and back---which had happened while Gerber had the car. When we reported it, Gerber stepped up and agreed to fix the new damage at no cost to us. They not only agreed to repair the new damage at no charge to us or to USAA, but they provided us with a rental vehicle while the repairs were made. Further, because the color match was tricky, they repaired all dents on driver side of the car, including one that was pre-existing and that we acknowledged had happened long before this incident. They then painted that entire side of the car. We picked it up this ... afternoon and it now looks far better than it did before we brought it to Gerber. Kudos to them, and special thanks to Gary E., Gerber general manager, who personally worked with me and the Gerber team to ensure that the repairs were handled with particular care and customer service. read more

I’d like to begin by thanking the entire Jessup Gerber Collision & Glass staff, for displaying outstanding professionalism, attention to detail and top notch customer service, throughout my entire experience (Audi Q7 bumper assessed & repaired). I’d like to specifically thank Mr. Dennis Messer & Kimberly, who personally saw my project, from beginning to end, keeping me inform with any/all updates. Dennis also was instrumental in coordinating alternative transportation (arranging rental through USAA insurance), while my vehicle was being repaired. Not that I look forward to having any vehicle body work or glass repaired, in the future, but if the issue arises, I have complete confidence in where I’ll be having repairs completed, Jessup Gerber Collision & Glass. In my long history and lifetime of drivingin, I never experienced the professionalism and customer service as I did at the Gerber location in Jessup, MD. From the moment the repairmen viewed the damage to my car until my car was returned following repairs, the experience was simply the best. After turning in my car, each day I was given a phone call from a representative providing me updates on my car's repairs and was given assurance that my car would meet their deadline for repair. This was something totally unexpected as last November while living in El Paso, Texas, I had some repair work following an accident and the repair shop I was referred for service was unprofessional. I had to call to get my appraisal and the customer rep was confused on who even looked at my care. So I will publicly praise your shop and would highly recommend ... it to others for repairs mainly because of the professionalism and friendly customer service. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with at the Jessup, MD location were very professional, courteous, and knew their job. I am very satisfied with the collision repair work performed at this location. I would recommend the Jessup, MD location to anyone. In addition, when I dropped my car off for repairs on 08-28-13 I was told that due to the current workload the collision repairs to my car probably would not be complete until Tuesday, September 3rd, b/c Monday, September 2nd was a holiday. I rec'd a phone call from Kim @ 1:00pm, Friday, August 30th and was informed that my car was ready for pickup. Not only was the customer service exceptional it was also speedy. Please pass on a huge THANK YOU to this location from me-----they really know how to treat a customer.

Customer service was excellent. The technicians that repaired my vehicle returned my car took pride in their work. When I drove up to pick up my vehicle, I did not recognize my vehicle because of the wash and polishing job they did. My rear bumper looks FANTASTIC and blends in perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. On a scale of 1 - 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest I rank this company a 10+.
