Support was phenomenal. John and Kelly were very professional and helpful-Gary as well. Their cheerful, but understanding, attitude helped keep our stress levels low during what is often a stressful situation. In addition, what was reported as a three day repair job, took less than a day - without sacrificing quality of work. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of work and care received from Gerber!

I have been to this location a couple of times, I must say everytime I go I feel like family. The staff is wonderful, well treated they explain everything to you from start to finish. I had the privilege of having Mr. John L. work with me, he was great. I had two claims back to back with the same car. Mr. L. kept me on point with my intial appointment. One claim turned into two claims two accidents back to back.

I really loved the customer service, specifically from Alexander M! He made sure my car was taken care of, and walked me through everything. He showed me what they were going to do to my car, and ensured i was comfortable. My car was returned looking brand new and he made sure I was happy!!!!
