Everyone at Gerber Collision on San Jose was friendly, courteous and professional. It was a small job with minor damage on a rear quarter panel, but they did a great job. The car was only there for three days but I received three or four updates on the repair status. I definitely recommend them for auto body repair work.

Excellent customer experience. Wendy kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout its repair and coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise regarding my rental. She also coordinated discrepancies with my insurance carrier to ensure that I got the highest quality parts available for my repair without me having to get involved. To put icing on the cake, I found out that they also took my vehicle for an alignment the day before I got it back adding to the value of their work. My repair was an extensive one that required very specialized parts and labor. When I received my vehicle back, the repair was flawless and also clean on the inside and outside. I found their work to be of the highest professionalism and their communication to be thorough.

My experience with Gerber Collision and Glass on San Jose Blvd. Jacksonville, FL. was top notch! Their professionalism, knowledge and curtesy were commendable. Wendy (Estimator) kept me up to date on all the things happening with my car. Also, Curtis (General Manager) and the staff did an excellent job, and I cannot thank them enough. Gerber is my "Go-To" company for any collision & glass work needed on my cars in the future. By the way, we've received the same great service on our other vehicles from them in the past. Thanks!

Wendy is incredible. She has gone above and beyond and like I told her at the shop, if I were still working as a Senior Project manager I would hire her right now.
