I was a bit anxious about the procedure of getting my car repaired after having my car sideswiped even with USAA behind me. However, Darlene was so professional and personable that I felt much better with the process begun and knowing what to expect. She made it easy to know how to rent a car and what to expect in that regard. I was amazed when I picked up my car; I would have never known it was in an accident. It looked like new.
