I AM SO GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL FOR THIS TEAM. KYLE WAS AWESOME. HE MADE SURE I KNEW EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. KYLE HELPED ME TO SEE ABOUT DIFFERENT PRICE RANGES THAT I COULD AFFORD DUE TO ME PAYING CASH. HE DESERVES ALL THE ?'S. THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME GERBER WORKED ON THE BODY OF MY CAR WITHIN A SIX MONTH PERIOD AND EACH TIME THE TEAM WAS AWESOME. ERIC HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. EVEN MARIA AND ANGELA WAS SO GRACIOUS TO ME. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CALLED THEY ALWAYS TREATED ME LIKE I WAS NOT GETTING ON THEIR NERVE ??. I AM TRULY GRATEFUL FOR THIS TEAM AND WILL DEFINITELY BE REFERRING OTHER PEOPLE TO THEM AND THIS IS THE ONLY SHOP I WILL BE GOING TO BUT HOPEFULLY NOT FOR AN ACCIDENT CLAIM??.

Excellent communication with customer updating status of work. I thought this was great. The adjuster from my insurance company said she encountered difficulties directly communicating with the Indy staff about my deductable waiver several times. Idk if this is accurate but weeks went by before your Indy outlet received the information.

I would highly recommend this company. From the moment I dropped off my car everything went smoother than I could ask for! The customer service was incredible and they completed the repairs earlier than expected and kept me update on status throughout the process and my car body repairs looks perfect!
