This office has been super friendly, helpful, kept me informed 2 x week (Robert M.) super guy so courteous. Katie, receptionist is so super nice on the phone, pleasant and helpful... I used to be a customer service rep for a large utility company and I am extremely observant how employees treat their customers and these people are an asset to Gerber and such a pleasure to do business with. I have used your company before and will continue to if the need arises. Kuddos to your staff.

My brand new Jeep Cherokee and I were in a car accident 2 weeks after I received it as a b day gift. I was devastated. I was beyond elated that not only did they finish my car and get it back to me in record time. Literally happened on a Monday and got it back on a Friday. Most of the whole front of the car had to be replaced, but because the manager, ( I believe his name is Dan) said that he has experienced fixing Jeeps for quite some time, he new exactly what needed to be ordered, and that because his crew is so well trained with years and years of experience. My car is like new again. It is the "do over" I wanted . Thank you so much for your expertise!!! You were kind and very good at explaining to me what you did to my car and what had to be ordered. I just want to say Thank You for the super customer service and care from Dan B. and the rest of the Valpo office staff during the repair to my Ford Focus. The communication was timely and just the right amount. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. The people from Enterprise were also very helpful and courteous. In a day and age where customer service is often disregarded, I am pleased to see Gerber put it at a high priority and I will be glad to recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the great work!
