The entire experience was great. Michael R. kept me updated through the entire process, and went the extra mile to ensure that I did not have to wait too long without a car and that I was thoroughly satisfied. Got the car back 3 days ahead of the promise date. Great service, would highly recommend in the future, in fact I already have recommended Michael and Gerber to a friend.

On, or about, the night of January 9th, '2018, I was traveling in my vehicle when I struck a piece of debris on the roadway which caused a flat to occur on one of my tires. I then drove my vehicle into the empty parking lot of Gerber Collision and Glass located in Highland Indiana. Once there, I started to get everything out of my trunk that I would need in order to change the flat tire. As I was doing this, a unknown male approached and asked me if something was wrong. I replied that I had a flat tire on the car and was going to change it. The male then introduced himself by the first name of Rich, and told me that he worked at the stated business and would help me change the flat if I wanted. I accepted. I was totally satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland. From the minute we walked in the door until our return to pick up our vehicle. It was a pleasurable experience. If I need other services they offer, I would definitely return. They did great work and you cannot tell that any damage was ever done to our vehicle.

The people I met (I am sorry I did not get the names) the young woman at the desk, the young woman estimator, and the young man who came out to look at the damage; were all very efficient and polite. When I picked up my car it looked almost brand new inside and out. They certainly took special care of the car and me. My daughter told me to use gerber and I will recommend gerber to anyone I can help. Thanks to them I felt great driving my car again and blessed to have met them all. June

I was notified every step of the way and I also would like to state that the entire staff at the Hammond, IN location is great and friendly. I was able to stop in with my dog Diamond on our way home from the veterinarian. I was completely surprised and grateful to everyone. They treat you like family. Thank you to all that was involved.
