Let me start out by saying that I love my Ford Edge and his name is Emmett. Well, the wind didn't love Emmett quite as much as I did and in the epic battle of car door vs. stone pillar, the pillar won. Emmett was scarred and thanks to Gerber, he's as good as new. The dent in the door was very noticeable and it was chipping paint. Gerber was excellent from the very first step of getting an estimate (to help see if it was worth filing a claim with my insurance), to helping scheduled a rental car with Enterprise and getting Emmett in for repair quickly. Danielle made sure I knew what was going on with Emmett at all times and she was so easy to work with. My car was repaired quickly and when I saw Emmett, it was as if nothing ever happened. The customer service was excellent. Amanda kept me informed during the entire repair process. My vehicle was repaired much quicker than I anticipated. My vehicle was also extremely clean on the inside as well as the outside. I have nothing but good things to say about Gerber and will be using them for all of my vehicle needs in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family.
