This shop did an outstanding job in restoring automobile to its previous state. I was kept informed twice a week on progress toward restoration. It is a pleasure to work with efficient and polite professionals. I appreciate everyone involved in process. They actually completed job ahead of time. Special thanks to Randy, who called me with updates.

These guys are awesome! I had my reservations with it being a chain repair shop because typically you get less customer service and you're more of a number at businesses like that but NOT HERE. I kind of miss getting my voicemails from John. I've never been a more informed customer before (always knew what was going on with my car). Rick always comes out to talk to me when I stop in. I love the lady at the front desk! I will be coming back here and any other repairs that I may need. My car looked 10 times better coming out than it did coming in. I didn't expect them to clean it as well as they did and the repair work was amazing. Nice job guys!! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family as well.

I was in a minor fender bender. The other persons' insurance agreed to pay for the damages, thank goodness. If I used one of their providers I would not even have to pay my deductible. Given it was around the holidays I was excited about this prospect. The insurance company suggested Gerber and another company. However, I also was a bit wary that insurance companies, like so many other companies and organizations, often look at the bottom line (costs) rather than the quality of the service and repair. I thought I would look around a bit before I made a decision. I did my research and found Gerber had a very high rating locally AND nationally. That is rare. So I went ahead a scheduled the service. They said it could take up to a week, then with the holidays, landing as they did, it could take a little longer. I wasn't too worried, since I ... was able to obtain a rental car. I took my car in and the people were amazingly kind and sincere (another rarity these days). I loved how Gerber kept in contact by text. I got a phone call on the fourth day and they actually had my car ready, 3-6 days early! When does that happen? I picked it up and they helped clean off my car (it had snowed most of the day). Are you kidding me??? These guys rock took my truck in on a tue and had over $5000.00 in damages fixed by sat morning. Truck looks brand new again, thanks for the super fast and awesome work. Saves me from listening to my wife complain about me wrecking her truck lol
