Communication has been great on (2) occasions of having cars repaired, my Wife's and mine. Both times repairs were done in a timely fashion and the results were great. Jessica treated me not only with the upmost professionalism, but was polite and very respectful. I will always recommend Gerber to my friends and colleagues.

The entire experience was great. Michael R. kept me updated through the entire process, and went the extra mile to ensure that I did not have to wait too long without a car and that I was thoroughly satisfied. Got the car back 3 days ahead of the promise date. Great service, would highly recommend in the future, in fact I already have recommended Michael and Gerber to a friend.

On, or about, the night of January 9th, '2018, I was traveling in my vehicle when I struck a piece of debris on the roadway which caused a flat to occur on one of my tires. I then drove my vehicle into the empty parking lot of Gerber Collision and Glass located in Highland Indiana. Once there, I started to get everything out of my trunk that I would need in order to change the flat tire. As I was doing this, a unknown male approached and asked me if something was wrong. I replied that I had a flat tire on the car and was going to change it. The male then introduced himself by the first name of Rich, and told me that he worked at the stated business and would help me change the flat if I wanted. I accepted. I then dove my vehicle to the back of the shop where Rich was waiting. Rich utilized a professional jack and impact tool to change the ... flat as I stood and stared. Rich even put the flat into the trunk. I then attempted to offer Rich money several times. He refused. Rich certainly made my night a lot easier and safer. I was totally satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland. From the minute we walked in the door until our return to pick up our vehicle. It was a pleasurable experience. If I need other services they offer, I would definitely return. They did great work and you cannot tell that any damage was ever done to our vehicle.
