Gerber repaired body damage on my jeep. It looks flawless! I loved that I was given a link to check on the status of my jeep whenever I wanted and I was updated via text message and even a phone call from Jared explaining that they found further damage. They also finished several days earlier than projected. Jared was super helpful and detailed when he went over the damage/repairs/cost and made it as stress free as possible for me. Nicole at the front desk is amazing and took care of EVERYTHING including my rental with Enterprise. I didn't have to do a thing except pick the rental up and drop it off right there at Gerber! They even washed AND vacuumed out my jeep before I picked it up! I did not feel like another customer at Gerber, even when my business was finished with them. Great service! My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and they called me whenever they had an update. I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Everyone in the office was very nice and they definitely care about customer service.

Excellent customer service. Was given an update a minimum of every other day for over 2 weeks via email or phone during the time they had the vehicle. Received the vehicle back in excellent condition. Had extensive damage to the tail light quarter panel and bed of truck and the bumper. Vey happy with the finished results.

Crazy good job from start to finish. I got hit by a deer that caused about $5K damage. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Called when things were going smooth and when we got hit by the big snow, they said a part was delayed and the car would be ready a day later. It was. The Cherokee looks like it's brand new. A job well done.
