Randy School is the best. This is my second time working with Randy. I would recommend Gerber based solely on Randy's customer service. He's very thorough explaining what repairs need to be done as well as what was done when picking up the car. He's courteous and patient with customers. The work completed looks fantastic and was completed a day sooner than estimated. It's also nice to know that if anything needs to be adjusted, it will be handled quickly without question. The cashier was thorough and courteous, too.

This is the first (and hopfully the only) auto accident I have been in. Gerber's staff at the Hammond, IN facility is exceptional. They are efficient and detailed. I was updated on the progress of my vehicle in a timely manner. Process was almost seamless!

i would just like to say that ron bice was very wounderful to me and helped me out when i nedded him the most as bill and i are not married but been together for 10 years. and he works alot of hours so i had to do all the leg work for his truck ha ha well i only have one leg so that is kinda funny to me . but you all was GREAT and kept us up to date on what was going on with the truck!!! and helping get me a car from enterprise that was also another great deed you all did for us . keep up the great work !!! cuz that will keep people like us coming back to you!! we will be back when some thing else happends to one of our cars/ trucks. thanks alot , bill & karen

The personnel and service were excellent! I was treated with respect and honesty. I am very pleased with the services that I was provided. The wreck was a not a fault accident and the personnel at Gerber was very willing to work with the other driver's insurance which made the whole process easier for me.

nothing but very positive and helpful people. I really had to do nothing once i told the insurance where i wanted to go. Your people called me, handled the rental for me, even when state farm was calling me about the rental, by time i called state farm it was already handled for me. I also liked getting my girl back cleaner then i left her, even my back window inwhich i have been smearing for years. they all deserve some praise for making a bad situation not hurt so much.

I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who is looking to get their car repaired. They did a great job with the body work, the car looks like it was never in a accident. The people are friendly and work with you. They always kept me updated on the repairs and estimation of time. I would give this store a 10 across the board.

I wanted to share a bit about my visit. From beginning to end the entire staff was friendly and accomodating! Everything From my initial walk in and talking with the receptionist (Brandy?) to talking to Ron about what would be done and why it is should be done this way to picking up the car. I was very impressed with the customer and politiness at this location. I was very impressed with the paint job too....it looks clean, no orange peel, no streaks, the Pearl White seems to be matched up very well....In the full Sun of summer will really tell, But I have been looking and looking trying to find the difference and not yet. Great job to Ron Bice and Team for great service and a sharp paint job!!!! I will seach out friends to use the referral card on as I believe not in getting a gift, BUT that my friends get good service!!!!
