my 2013 escape had hail damage from a trip to michigan last week (wk of the 4th), did not look to bad but I was wronge, ur guys and gal at the shop in highland were very nice, and proffesional, They were up front and forth right, told me how they would repair my escape, and the prosses in whitch to repair it and how long it would take. They were right on the money and my new escape was done on time, and looks great. I thank you for have people who care about our cars, when they are in ur hands. YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE A BIG ONE TO. Thank you Thomas R. Dudansky

I went into Gerber Collision & Glass hoping that they could remove the license plate screws on my car that were completely rusted. It was a long shot, but not only did they remove the screws right away, they did it free of charge, which I was not expecting! I was grateful that they could help me out. I know it was a strange request, but they were totally accommodating to me. Thanks!

initial contact was great. the office actually facilitated and quicken the process with the insurance company...we paid for some extra work to be done and were pleased...we will go back for a touch-up that we thought we talked about, but may have missed...overall experience was good...had a small mishaps with our personal check, but nothing that time and patience didn't work out. thank you
